A mod that edits the palette and various related graphics to turn the bluefin tuna into the skipjack tuna, either as a replacement patch or a standalone animal.

The game zoopedia states very clearly that the vanilla tuna is the giant Atlantic bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus). Yet, the version ingame is tiny, turquoise and purple, and possess longitudinal bands showing no resemblance to the real fish.

This mod recolours and turns the bluefin tuna into the skipjack tuna, a small tuna species that possess the aforementioned longitudinal bands. The bluefin tuna itself is replaced with Buffzoo’s Atlantic bluefin tuna.

The patch version is NOT compatible with other animal configuration hacks affecting the bluefin tuna. For those who want the tuna recolour while running other tuna hacks (such as the similar LapisLazulli’s tuna patch), a standalone version of the skipjack tuna is also available. Buffzoo’s Atlantic bluefin tuna is already available as a standalone version on NexusMods.
